What to Expect on Sunday

When you come to Restore, expect a personal connection. We want to get to know you. You matter to God and you matter to us. You can expect warm coffee, authentic and contemporary worship, and Scripture-based teaching that helps people follow Jesus in the real complexities of everyday life.

  • Yes. Restore Kids is a safe, welcoming children’s ministry where kids can learn about Jesus in age-appropriate ways and grow in faith. We offer programming for children ages 6 months through 5th grade every Sunday. Children are also welcome in the main service, and we have a family seating section for families with young children.   • Our worship is modern and diverse. Our goal is not to just sing, but to encounter God. We hope you leave every Sunday knowing that God spoke to you.

  • Yes. Restore Houston has small groups in Oak Forest, Houston Heights, Spring Branch, and other neighborhoods across Houston. Our groups help people build relationships, explore the Bible, and stay connected beyond Sunday morning. Learn more about our small groups.

  • Restore Houston is a non-denominational Christian church rooted in Scripture, the historic Christian faith, and the creeds of the church that have guided Christian belief for centuries. Learn more about what we believe.

  • We want to be a church where all people can be known, welcomed, and loved with dignity, and where no one has to wonder whether they belong here. Whatever your age, race, sexual orientation, political background, or socioeconomic status, you are welcome here. Restore is also home to people who are not yet following Jesus but are exploring faith.

  • Come as you are. Most people dress casually, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

  • Restore Houston Church is led by Pastor Justin Gingrich. Each Sunday, Justin preaches from Scripture with the hope that people will discover the warmth and affection Jesus has for them and see how the gospel meets them in everyday life. Learn more about Pastor Justin and our team.

  • Yes. Pastor Justin is usually available before and after service and genuinely values spending time with people, investing in them personally, and supporting them in their walk with Jesus. His heart is that people would be known by their pastor.
